"Established in the year 1921, Belarusian State Medical University is one amongst the recognized universities for pursing MBBS in the region of Belarus. Located in the city of Minsk, it is well- appreciated as the leading institute of medicine and is the biggest and oldest university. In addition to this, it has 72 departments and 8 faculties that are dedicated for training well-educated specialists for most sectors of the Belarusian national economy. Later in the year 2012, Belarusian State Medical University was recognized into a research division with 8 scientific groups and 6 research laboratories with about 100 technical specialist and researchers."

About Campus life
"Belarusian State Medical University offers an incredible yet wide range of learning activities for its students and the academic process is co-ordinated by the academic and Methodology board consisting of several departments. In addition to this, there’s this quality management sector which is carried out by corresponding faculties.
However, the education at the university is practice-oriented and on an average, 70% of the classes are either practical in labs or tutorials. As soon as you begin with your 2nd year, the academic process at the clinical departments is held at the premises of medical institutes of Ministry of health and this creates all the essential facilities for students so that they can acquire all the relevant skills, needed."

The university hostel is situated right next to the university within a walking distance of 10 mins from the university campus. You will be provided with both accommodation and food facilities however you have to clean your room by your own. Another point to remember is, the hostel is co-ed which means there are no separate rooms for both girls and boys but this doesn’t mean that there are safety concerns. Indeed, you are secured 24X7 under CCTV surveillance. In fact, you can feel yourself very safe and secure as compared to other colleges. Speaking about food, Indian food is easily available at your hostel. Furthermore, there’s a kitchen attached if you wish to cook your own food. Not only this, the university also provides you with a wide array of social and sports activities to its students.
