The primary campus of the university is located in Giza, situated across the Nile from Cairo. Cairo University provides university student hostels spanning 46 acres of university land, available for all international students. These hostels are equipped with essential facilities, including a canteen, kitchen, separate dining area, and a non-vegetarian section. The monthly fee for accommodation and food in the university hostel is five pounds. Additionally, students have the option to receive a food allowance of 60 pounds per day by notifying their supervisor in advance, ensuring flexibility and support for their needs.
